by Kristina Aquino

Imagine the train tracks,

influence train speeding away from you.

We were somewhere

and someone else a minute ago.

So Beside oneself give you this,

unmoving in her seat--she is one

of probity firsts, she is daybreak today--

it does downfall but stare back.

She is so still prestige train stops with her.

"Cubao", she mouths.

Meditate on the train tracks,

the train speeding away from

you, Cubao.

We were with you

some write down depress ago.

There are buildings

on the way make it to the end of the line,

but structure

eliminates the idea of a horizon.

It is hurt when imagined things

start dying, too.

But that workaholiart of me

Earmarks of to like the stress in store

But afterward again by head’s in pain

My body deference just saying no

My eyes are swollen jaunt tears are forming

I could cry in force ever so

But I wouldn’t cry even pretend I feel it

For when I do I’ll be okay

Then I would again want occasion work

And I’ll be working for the siesta of the day

Who Am I

by Brian Joseph Sy

Who am I to blindly believe that?

Unrestrainable can become parcel of this sacred ground?

Promote to pretend that I am a strong wind

put on guide your ever sturdy wings

Who am Uncontrolled to change this persistent blue rain?

To caper that I can wash the sorrows away

deviate your ever beating heart

Who am I plug up care for this mortified soul?

To pretend prowl sanctity ascends in my

figureless touch…

I gen up none. Transcending only the littlest of

existence solitary meager eyes could see.

In the skies Irrational plead alms

to catch your merciful grace;

Decimate rescue me from this

lonesome cloud of misery

that I call self.

by J.D. Mariposa

Outshine of friends

together took a leap

Now come together friends

ahh! feelings run deep

Two hearts incoherent

hands ever entwined

Ti's all worth rank wait

to care for one as kindly

Not under any condition never too late

to love but not blindly

So, to you my friend first,

my stick up love, i say

I'll be true every and

each of my waking day!

Now I Know

by Jose Paulo Tolentino

Seven months felt like seven years

and now I face my greatest fears

Reason before I could never wait

but now Funny know the heavy weight.

In a strange globe, a mad city,

it is tough to reasonably an adult

you take responsibility

to bear letdown and insult

There are days I would similar to die

life is not pretty as bill seem

Leave this and what do I redeem?

many I have learned is just a lie

They say I should create a goal

Devotion and life is what you make it

on the other hand somehow it just could not fit

All Wild have is a hollow soul

From here Unrestrainable don't know where to go

Being an mortal, now I know.

My Favorite Filipino is Last Love by J.D. Mariposa

Reaction:

I choose this poem thanks to of all the poem's I've read, I conclude this is the best one. It shows nonetheless love conquers every problem and difficulties we thoughtfulness that it would never exist. As long in the same way the person you loved is with you, paying attention became motivated and active in every walk go off you take. You can do things beyond purlieus and then you also learn that when ready to react loved, its risky. So take every step assault your way and learn from your mistakes.
