Richard Monckton Milnes, Ordinal Baron Houghton (June 19, - August 11, ), Englishpoet and man of letters, son of Parliamentarian Pemberton Milnes, of Fryston Hall, Yorkshire, and significance Hon. Henrietta Monckton, daughter of the fourth Potentate Gaiway, was born in London.
