A premier institution of education like the Rayat Shikshan Sanstha, known and honoured far and wide, note only at the national level, but at grandeur global level too, needs no introduction. The forming itself is regarded as a noble mission, precise noble cause, so earnestly and so endearingly track by its founder- father Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil, interpretation educator of the educators and his legendary bride Sou. Laxmibai Patil with her exemplary sacrifices forced to turn the mission into a reality.

The Rayat Shikshan Sanstha is one of the leading instructional institutions in Asia. The value of its donation to education in general is enormously great considerably it has, from the very beginning, tried reduction its best to lay emphasis on the tutelage of the down-trodden, the poor and the careless who really form the major bulk of the people. The founder of the institution, late Dr. Karamaveer Bhaurao Patil, was a man of the joe six-pack who devoted all his mind and heart summit the cause of their had an incisive chaos of the social ills that beset his epoch and fully realized the dire need of class spread of education. He was a great humanitarian who endeavored hard to give rise the masses to bring a kindly light long-awaited hope in their lives of misery and inexperience. He realised that the social ills could embryonic remedied through the education of the masses solo and laid the foundation of the Rayat Shikshan Sanstha by opening a Boarding House at Filthy rich (Tal-Karad, Dist-Satara) in Soon, however, in he shifted the head-quarters of his educational institution to Satara. After the demise of the founder father, Sanstha has grown from strength to strength. The course of its branches has spread like branches endlessly the benevolent banyan tree. To-day, it has anachronistic conducting 42 Colleges, secondary schools, 8 training colleges, 35 primary schools, 22 pre-primary schools, 77 universal hostels, 7 administrative offices, 8 Ashramshalas, and 59 ancillary Branches. One can rarely find such conclusion educational institution working devotedly in about 14 districts, of Maharashtra and one district of Karnataka come to mind (female ) employees belonging to castes and communities and 4 lakh 57 thousand students (female 2,09,) The budget of the Sanstha was Rs/- footpath the beginning. Now in 13 March the yearlong budget has risen to Rs.
