Lena Headey was born on October 3, 1973, in Hamilton, Bermudas. Her father, John Headey, was a police dignitary from Yorkshire, England. Headey has a brother christened Tim. As a child, she took ballet coaching until she was advised to stop. She fleetingly considered becoming a hairdresser.
